X Files - Dana Scully
I was a big fan of the 'X-Files' when it was on in the 1990's, which also made me a big fan of the brilliant Gillian Anderson who played 'Special Agent' Dana Scully in the long running series. At the time there was nothing like it on tv, and it was one of the first big tv shows to take things like UFO's, the supernatural, monsters, 'gifted people, and major conspiracies seriously. It made great viewing week after week, and was always a talking point the next day at work. Gillian Anderson has gone on to become a major star of stage and screen, which was really no surprise to us fans!
